With a basic builder grade reach in closet, you typically get 1 to 2 rods for hanging space and maybe, if you’re lucky, you get some shelving. How can we take your basic builder grade reach-in closet and make it entirely efficient, functional, and beautiful?

Utilizing your space for hanging clothing is always where we like to start with our designs for reach-in closets. We can install double, or triple, hanging rods to increase the amount of hanging space available for your clothing. Once we’ve established hanging space, now you can decide how you want to store your folded items.

2. Shelving

Adjustable shelving provides you with an option for movement while fixed shelving provides a base for your storage needs. Within the shelving, you'll have the option of adding drawers, pull-out storage racks, trays, hampers and more to fit your needs.

3. Accessories

How about accessories? Shoes, belts, ties, and jewelry can all become things that clutter a closet very quickly! At Centex Custom Closets, we offer different varieties of shoe racks. Slanted shoe fences offer increased visibility while vertical pull out shoe organizers offer a greater quantity of storage that can be hidden when not in use. Searching for belts and ties and scarves is no longer a time consuming activity. By installing sliding belt racks, scarf racks, and tie racks you now have all your accessories organized yet taking up the least amount of space as possible. Even your jewelry can be organized in a different variety of drawers and trays!

Utilizing the space your reach in closet offers saves you time and frustration whether you’re getting ready to go somewhere or organizing your clothes and items away for the day. At Centex Custom Closets, we will come in and measure your exact closet dimensions, record your wants and needs for your space, and create a 3-D custom design at no cost. After the design is reviewed by you, you are welcome to make changes and adjustments as needed.
